Return and Rfund Policy

We offer returns for a full refund back to the original method of payment within 7 days of receipt of the product. Unless not as described or damaged in transit, buyer will be responsible for shipping the product back to Studio Dimension. 

The product should be unused, unmarked, and in the original packaging. 

We want to make sure you love what you get. If it just isn't for you or doesn't fit your space as you intended, we are happy to exchange for a different size or color, or another product altogether. As long as it is unused and you contact us within 7 days of receipt, we are happy to issue a full refund back to the original method of payment. 

If your product was lost in transit, damaged in transit, or not as described, we will provide a label to send the defective item back to us for recycling. If it does not fit your needs or space and we are unable to print something in replacement, the buyer is responsible for return shipping to Studio Dimension. A full refund will be issues within 3 business days to the original form of payment. At this time we are unable to refund to a different payment method.
